Our benefit program is designed to recognize the value employees bring to our business.  It includes significant benefits that provide the opportunity for health and financial security for employees and their families. 

 ACHIEVING GOOD HEALTH

Comprehensive, affordable healthcare coverage is one of the cornerstones of Hydroflo's benefits program. All full-time regular employees and their eligible dependents may participate in Hydroflo's health insurance program. 

Medical

The goal of the medical program at Hydroflo is to keep employees and their families healthy.  Coverage under the current medical plan is a PPO plan that includes physician office services, out-patient health services, in-patient hospital services, prescription medication and mental health services.  Co-payments apply to certain services. 

Dental

The dental plan covers services at 100%, 80% or 50% up to the plan's allowance when the dentist is in-network.  The maximum amount paid for covered services is $1000 per person per calendar year.

Vision

The vision plan offers one annual exam per person with a co-pay.  Coverage includes frames, lens and contacts with a co-pay.

  PROTECTION FROM THE UNEXPECTED

Life Insurance

Group Term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage provided at no charge to all full time active employees at a benefit of one and one-half times the employee's annual salary up to a maximum of $150,000.  

Supplemental Voluntary Life Insurance

Supplemental Voluntary Life Insurance allows employees to elect coverage for themselves, spouses or domestic partners, and dependent children.

Disability Insurance

All Hydroflo employees are offered the opportunity to enroll in short-term disability insurance.  Employees who are unable to work due to medical reasons are eligible to apply for short term disability benefits through Benefits, Inc. 

TIME OFF

Paid Time Off (PTO)

PTO is granted to all full-time regular employees.  PTO is accrued per pay period based on length of service.  PTO can be used as vacation time, sick time or to take care of personal matters.             

Holidays

Six paid holidays per year.

Leaves

All state and Federal mandated leaves.
